VIVIENDAS (3) CASCO ANTIGUO.
Located in the old town of Sa Pobla, this listed building built in 1920 is located between the main square and the church of Sant Antonia Abad, surrounded by traditional architecture. The proposed work consists of the conservation of the listed elements and the renovation and extension of the building complex.
The main building, with a ground floor and two floors, will be almost entirely renovated, maintaining its main use as a multi-family home. A premises on the ground floor with direct access from the street and two apartments, one per floor, on the upper floors are proposed. The communal areas will be located on the roof.
The rear building, currently in a state of ruin, will be completely rebuilt to become a new ground floor and first floor apartment. Both buildings will have independent access and separate private areas.
This architectural intervention seeks to respect and enhance the historical character of the building, while providing modern and comfortable living spaces. The result will be a harmonious fusion of old and new, creating a unique and attractive living space.
