CENTRO DE SALUD POLLENÇA
This project aims to create a new urban landscape that respects ecological principles and is in harmony with its surroundings. The new health center, located between the Eixample and the periphery, combines contemporary architecture with traditional elements. The design of the center prioritizes its relationship with the environment, creating a clear and functional layout.
The proposal follows common-sense and economical criteria, with a compact building that adapts to its surroundings. It uses prefabricated elements, allowing for high execution control and minimizing environmental impact. The prefabricated concrete façade provides both functionality and aesthetics, reminiscent of traditional Balearic buildings. The interior design is efficiently organized, with clearly differentiated waiting areas and circulation paths. The building features dual access and a central lobby to optimize spaces. From this main lobby, the entire program of the future health center is visible.
