The detached detached house, located in the quiet rural area of Son Gil in the municipality of Campanet, combines the rich agricultural history of the region with a modern and elegant design. Originally a ground-floor agricultural building, the property has been renovated and extended with great attention to detail.
The existing structure houses two comfortable bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, an additional bathroom, a cozy living room and an open-plan kitchen-diner. These spaces connect harmoniously with the laundry room and with the new extension, which houses the luxurious double master bedroom en-suite, equipped with a large dressing room and a full bathroom.
The design incorporates new porches on the southeast, which connect directly with the living room, kitchen and dining room. The design aims to create a space that surrounds the original water source, using it as a thermostat for the whole. Through the play of emptiness and fullness caused by the patios, the views and the most favorable orientation are taken advantage of.
